Steve Biko Academic Hospital Christmas Visitations 2012

This year we were featured on the local e-tv channel here in South Africa. The hospital staff named us the "Church Clowns" and this is our 5th year running this project alongside the hospital staff. A big thank you to the "Toy Run" for donating all the toys and to all of our friends who help donate towards the snacks packs. Hope you enjoy the clip and the photos!

Siphiwe creche Christmas Party 2011

Our Christmas party in the Diepsloot Township was held at Siphiwe creche this year. We included a graduation with our Christmas celebration for all the children moving on to grade 1 and the parents of kids graduating were able to join us as well. We are so proud to be a part of their preparation for big school and we will miss having them in our early learning classes. Hope you enjoy the photos!

Thembisa Christmas Party 2011

This year we organized our end of the year Thembisa Christmas party at Joy Pre-School. The school is an early childhood development center that helps to care for street children and disadvantaged mothers. Our Christmas party for the children included Christmas gifts, goody packets, games, face painting, balloons and clowns. It was a fun, exciting, and memorable day for the children and all the volunteers participating in the event. Here are some pictures for you to enjoy!

Steve Biko Hospital Visitation 2011

On Christmas day we visited Steve Biko Academic Hospital bring with us gifts and balloons for all the children admitted over Christmas. The nurses and staff on duty were so supportive and helped our Christmas clowns pass out gifts and sing Christmas carols. It was also a wonderful opportunity for us to offer a word of encouragement and prayer to the parents and young children in the wards.

We have been hosting monthly Sunday school classes for the children of the farm staff in Bronkhorstspruit and this year were able to organize a fun Christmas party for them as well.

This little girl (age 2) just lost her parents in a car accident and is slowly recovering please keep her in your prayers.

Christmas Party in Thembisa 2009

We hosted a fun Christmas party in Thembisa on 7th of December,with gift giving, games, balloon sculptures, carols, and treats! Our team of 6 Christmas Clowns including our two little minnie clowns ages 4 and 5 spent a fun and lively afternoon sharing the Christmas cheer with the sweet children of Thembisa. A big thank you to all our sponsors and supporters who made it possible for these little ones to have a very special Christmas this year!

We will be spreading the Christmas joy at the Academic Hospital children's ward in Pretoria again this year on the 25th , so if you can donate anything towards the presents or snacks please consider giving a love gift! May you have a wonderful Christmas!
